Strategies don’t deliver value if they disappear in day-to-day operations. My role is to build bridges – between systems, processes and the people who work with them.

Sometimes it’s not about more tools, but more clarity. As a sparring partner, I help organisations and projects that are stuck regain focus and momentum.
Managing complexity doesn’t mean knowing everything. It means aligning goals and vision, structuring, prioritising and executing – with focus and sustainability. That’s exactly what I do.
I bring structure and clarity to initiatives that need less actionism and more direction. For me, business analysis means putting the why before the how.
Effective Salesforce use starts in the mind – not in customisation. I combine technical expertise with an enablement mindset, so organisations don’t just use systems, but truly move forward.
To really shape solutions with Salesforce, you need deep system knowledge – and a feel for what customers actually need. That’s the key to solutions that make an impact.
For me, it’s never just about technology – it’s about how it improves everyday work. I’m detail-oriented, structured, and never lose sight of the bigger picture.
My job: creating clarity. Eliciting requirements. Designing solutions that fit – thought through together and implemented with precision. Especially where others get stuck or move too fast.
Technical excellence requires foresight – and experience. I design architectures that scale, integrate and lay the foundation for real progress.
There’s a lot of talk around Salesforce – but often too little connection. I speak the language of IT and business and translate requirements into robust, viable concepts.
